Capitalising on the Olympics with Ad Creative

With the London 2012 Olympics mere weeks away and use of the terms under lockdown for official sponsors only, there are not many advertisers trying to capitalise on the interest. However, some clever creative is being put together to have the sports feel to it. The first example is from Marks and Spencer.Olympics Feel Creative - M&S

This creative certainly has tried to capture the atmosphere of sport with ‘On Your Marks’ and the allusion to the  Olympics with ‘Summer to Remember’. It is quite subtle however and thereby does not break any rules but represents a nice refresh of creative for the summer period – attention to detail which could be appreciated by customers.
